In Flight

8" x 7" ~ Watercolor on Paper

A sweet little white Peony with the slightest touch of shell pink. And, of course the inner glow. It's flying high reaching toward Mr. Sunshine...as we all are this time of year. We have been getting so tired of our "perma-cloud" here in the Midwest. It's so nice on the rare day that we get that shot of Vitamin D that's so desperately needed. :~) Hope the sun is shining on all of you too!

Beautiful! Can't wait 'til they're bloomin' again. Your paintings are wonderful.

Jacqueline,
you are doing realism at its best...
every piece you post has the quality of a painting in color scheme, composition and execution...

just beautiful and love the soft and delicate quality that you always manage to put into your work
