Back in the Saddle Again...

Italic"Victorian Rose"
6" x 9" ~ Watercolor on Paper
SOLD

Glad to be back painting again....have I told you that I like to paint. :~) It's kind of a passion of mine. This week will be a mix of oils and watercolors. Two watercolors today. "Upward Bound" is a Coral Day lily with a lovely background. I love when the completed pieces surprise me. It has those beams of light that sometimes peek through the clouds. Cool. The "Victorian Rose" is a Cabbage Rose. You see those a lot in Victorian cloth and tapestry. Love them. Tomorrow is lake day for me and the boys. We need some R & R.

I'm glad you like them Christiane. I was happy with them too. I'm glad to be painting again, and not just 'video girl'!

Hi Carol, thank you!! I will try and be more diligent about responding to comments and questions on my blog. I've been neglecting that, and I'm sorry. I'll do better. :~)
