"You say tuh-may-toh, I say tuh-mah-toh!"
7.5" x 5.5" ~ Watercolor on Paper
SOLD
Stretching our wings a bit...doing some different things. As I've talked about in my dvd "Fall Harvest instructional watercolor dvd", tomatos are one of the hardest to do. Unlike apples & pears there are no speckles to cover up any flaws. So I work pretty much wet-in-wet for these tomatos and even put a glaze over the highlight so that it would retain it's softness. Enjoy.

Oh, so beautiful, Jacqueline!! We love!!
They are so life like, picture perfect Jacqueline.
Goodness the colors are stunning. What red did you use ? Another Video possibility. !!
Superb color and sharpness..they appear like they are dancing..so beautiful!
You've exceeded any expectations Jacqueline! With two light sources? with two highlights, and with not a two-matoes but many many more?! It looks almost like they are performing on a stage with the beams from the stage lights around :0).
Great artwork.
Thanks,
Irina
